Hatha Yoga: Posture, balance and alignment are the focal points in this class. Whether you are a beginner or advanced student, this class will teach you how to perfect the basic poses and build on them in preparation
for more advanced poses. Suitable for all levels.

Vinyasa Yoga: Learn to move in sync with the breath from one pose to the next in this Kundalini-type Yoga class. This aerobic approach will help you bring more awareness to proper breathing during a workout as well as in everyday life. Suitable for all levels.

Power Lunch Pilates: Strengthen and tone your core muscles in this upbeat 45-minute mat class. Perfect for those who work late and are always on the go! Suitable for all levels, but best for those with some Yoga or Pilates experience.

Yogilates: If you have not yet experienced this fusion of Yoga and Pilates, this is a MUST TAKE! Get the best of both worlds: A typical class will teach you proper breathing and stretching while toning and sculpting your core muscles (abs, back, rear and thighs). The result is a total body workout! Suitable for all levels, but best for those with some Yoga or Pilates experience.

Cardio Kickboxing: You asked for it, so we brought it: An intense aerobic workout that's sure to make you sweat! Give your body that energetic workout it's been craving, boost your self-image and learn to defend yourself in a fun, safe environment. Suitable for all levels.

Cardio Funk: Bored of the same old aerobics class or treadmill workout? Then it's time to have FUN in this urban funk & hip-hop dance class. No class is ever the same. Learn some new moves for your next night out on the dance floor! Suitable for all levels.
