• On-site labor: $60/hour for New York and $30/hour for New Jersey

**If the party requires additional site managers or security, 20 dollars will be added**

Room Descriptions

New York Manhattan Hall

Come relax or take a stroll through our 3500 square foot exhibition hall (280 feet in diameter by 14 feet in height), which is available for art shows, film screenings, performances, conferences, classes, etc. The Manhattan Hall is comprised of two separate rooms --- the Queens Room and the Brooklyn Room. The area includes track lighting, audio/video projectors, a multimedia mixer and 24 hour security surveillance. There are two halls that can be rented separately, (front hall 2,300 square feet, back hall 1,200 square feet)

New Jersey Edison Hall

The two rooms that comprise the Edison Hall  --- the Reading Room and the New Brunswick Room --- are separated by a movable wall and can be used together or subdivided to suit your needs. Together they can accommodate 80 persons for receptions and banquets. The hall is equipped with high-tech projection and audio equipment—including ceiling mounted projection screens—to accommodate all of your presentation needs.

A private meeting room for 20 people, located on the 2nd floor.
