Meet the Artists!
　

Tropical rain forests are the lungs of the globe, the source of air for mankind. The makes them the most important part of the natural ecosystem. Discussion of tropical rainforests is a means for us to show our concern for the ecosystem as a whole.

The title "Rain Forest Contemporary Paintings by International Artists" is neither intended to harp on the topic of environmental protection nor to focus the public's attention only on tropical rain forests. The exhibit is jointly planned and sponsored by the Asian Cultural Center, Rainforest Art Foundation and American Phoenix Enterprise. These works from artists throughout the world display the aesthetic of ecology and are a silent protest to environmental degradation. Each artist has his own unique method of expression. We hope this exhibit gives the public a window to the world to the world via the eyes of the artists.
